To note: During the pandemic I am currently seeing clients online or by telephone.

Whatever is happening in your life, counselling can help you find new ways to resolve issues and make more informed choices.

As an experienced therapist I tailor my approach to each client, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques to improve wellbeing and self-awareness.

I have helped people who were:

- feeling anxious, depressed or low in self-confidence

- experiencing relationship, work or career issues

- questioning or struggling with their sexuality

- at a crossroads and seeking a more fulfilling future

Sometimes we all need a space to explore our thoughts, feelings and emotions

I trained at the University of East London and have a Post Graduate Diploma (Distinction) in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I have several years' experience working with adults of all ages. Alongside my private practice, I have previously worked as a counsellor at the Centre for Better Health, a charity that supports well-being and recovery from mental ill-health.

The BACP is the largest professional body representing counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK. They set the standards, values, and ethical guidelines by which therapists work to. I am committed to regular continuing professional development to keep me up to date with current practice.
